Jeffcom provides emergency dispatch services for 24 police, fire, and emergency medical agencies. Eight of these agencies, those who operated emergency communications centers of their own prior to Jeffcom’s consolidation, are considered Member Agencies and voting members on the Board of Directors.

We are also proud to have partnered with Jefferson County R1 Schools Campus Security Dispatch. Jeffcom provides R1 Dispatch with a shared Computer-Aided Dispatch system allowing the centers to share realtime information related to school safety and incidents occurring on school property.
